Hard Boil Eggs

Serves: 8-12
  • 2 quarts of water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 8-12 eggs
  1. Fill a saucepan halfway with cold water and set on burner.
  2. Add salt
  3. Gently place 8-12 eggs in the water and turn the burner on medium high until the water boils
  4. When the water boils, cover the pan and turn the burner off
  5. Let the eggs sit for 11 minutes (I like to let them sit for up to 20 minutes.
  6. Drain the eggs and run cold water over the hot eggs.
  7. Cool and place in fridge until use
